Moltes empreses, en situació de teletreball o treball a distància, estan rebent actes de les autoritats de Treball i Hisenda indicant-los que regularitzin les quotes corresponents al salari en espècie pel gaudi particular de les eines tecnològiques que l’empresa posa a la disposició del treballador.

Aquest és un debat obert que veurem com evoluciona i si es considerarà salari en espècie, però si que considerem oportú, ad cautelam, i així ho indiquen els responsables de l’Àrea de Dret Digital de Lladó Grup Consultor, en la necessitat que les empreses tinguin redactada i lliurada a tots els components de la seva organització la POLÍTICA D’ÚS DE LES EINES TECNOLÒGIQUES CORPORATIVES que l’empresa posa a la disposició dels seus empleats, i on -entre molts altres aspectes- haurà de quedar reflectida la possible consideració, o no, que li lliura d’aquestes eines sigui objecte de pagament de salari en espècie.

La nostra Àrea de Dret Digital pot ajudar-los i redactar per i amb vostès el document amb tot el suport legal que cobreixi aquest aspecte de les normatives RGPD i LOPDGDD.
