Fa anys que les societats mercantils i altres entitats en general, estan obligades a relacionar-se obligatòriament amb totes les administracions públiques de forma electrònica. És a dir, tot tipus d’actes, recursos, escrits, etc. s’han de fer exclusivament de forma electrònica, i si es fa la presentació en paper serà rebutjat o bé sense cap efecte.

Adquireix importància en aquest aspecte, les NOTIFICACIONS ELECTRÒNIQUES OBLIGATÒRIES (NEOS) amb l’Agència Tributària, obligant a cada entitat a comprovar dia a dia si existeix alguna notificació d’algun acte, ja que de no atendre-la es perdria la possibilitat de fer recursos per no estar-hi d’acord.

El nostre despatx ha rebut l’apoderament per gestionar tot el que està relacionat amb les notificacions electròniques de la major part dels nostres clients, i estem molt satisfets de que en els anys que portem ocupant-nos no hagi sorgit cap incidència en el seu funcionament.

També hem estat apoderats per fer el seguiment de la Diputació de Barcelona, que gestiona els tributs de molts ajuntaments.
