El principal repte que tota empresa es planteja per l’exercici 2021, i següents, és seguir existint. En anteriors articles s’ha posat molta insistència en la necessitat de la digitalització de la empresa, com projecte necessari precisament per que la empresa sigui sostenible. Les empreses de dimensió PIME no s’escapen d’aquesta premissa, tot el contrari, i per això han de focalitzar aquesta idea en tres àmbits:
- Activitat.
Efectivament, el que resulta important és mantenir l’activitat, o el que és el mateix, mantenir la xifra d’ingressos, així com la rendibilitat, i en la mesura del possible, créixer. No serà fàcil, i les pimes hauran d’utilitzar recursos per reconèixer el seu client, al de sempre i al client potencial, perquè les necessitats de tots ells probablement han canviat. La nostra proposta de serveis, o de béns, s’ha d’adaptar a aquestes noves necessitats i aportar valor per a ells.
Es farà precís obrir canals digitals, per a comunicar-nos amb els nostres clients, i si es pot, per vendre directament.
La productivitat ha d’estar íntimament lligada amb el fet de repensar processos o no trobarem la millora desitjada.
- Estructura.
Tota empresa ha de millorar la seva productivitat, idear sistemes que ens ajudin a simplificar i reduir costos, estudiar nous models d’organització, de gestió, de col·laboració i d’innovació.
Si, malgrat que els nostres esforços no aconseguim un creixement de la xifra d’ingressos, resultarà indispensable precisament acomodar la nostra estructura de despesa al veritable volum de negoci.
- Equip.
Es requereix un canvi de mentalitat en tots els membres de l’empresa, i en aquest sentit la formació permanent hi jugarà un paper fonamental, sobretot per estar al dia amb les noves tecnologies. És important seleccionar la formació que volem per a la nostra empresa, atès el tema, mètodes i professorat.
