5. Dots de comunicació, és important comptar amb una bona idea, però també ho és la capacitat de comunicar-ho de manera correcta i saber destacar els punts forts.
6. Pensament crític, tenir la capacitat d’analitzar, entendre i avaluar les accions, fa que qualsevol persona continuï millorant i avançant en la seva carrera.
7. Lideratge, sempre ha d’existir la figura del líder que porti a bon lloc qualsevol projecte o activitat.
8. Intel·ligència emocional, els empleats amb do de gents, empatia i dots de comunicació, tenen més possibilitats d’èxit.
