En l’elaboració i seguiment dels pressupostos que tota empresa ha de realitzar, i ara amb la situació que ha portat la COVID, des de Lladó Grup li recomanem atendre els següents aspectes.

1. Elaborar un pressupost flexible capaç de reaccionar a les variacions que suposi l’evolució de la pandèmia amb certa elasticitat.
2. Atendre les dades macroeconòmiques, donat que els mercats evolucionaran també segons ho faci la COVID.
3. Adaptació dels pressupostos a la realitat del mercat laboral, sobretot en els sectors més afectats per la pandèmia.
4. No descuidar l’impacte dels ERTOS en les diferents fases de la desescalada.
5. Realitzar un seguiment minuciós de les desviacions per poder aplicar mesures correctores en funció dels esdeveniments que se succeeixin en el nostre entorn.
6. Parar atenció a la digitalització. El teletreball ha d’estar present a l’hora d’elaborar el pressupost, així com el no perdre de vista el possible impacte de les vendes a través d’internet.
7. Determinar, en tot moment, les necessitats financeres segons els diferents escenaris que puguin sorgir. L’empresa ha de disposar de tota la informació que puguin requerir les entitats financeres per a la concessió de crèdit, així com possibles administracions que ofereixin ajuts financers per a millorar les tensions de tresoreria.
