Iniciem una secció en la nostra assessoria per a tractar aspectes que són importants per a la bona gestió empresarial que sempre són necessaris, però ara més, ja que la pandèmia de la COVID-19 suposarà inevitablement un impacte negatiu en l’economia mundial, existint un elevat nivell d’incertesa (cambra obscura). La prioritat doncs, consisteix a minimitzar l’impacte social i procurar que l’activitat del nostre planeta es recuperi, tan aviat com la situació sanitària millori.
Estem en una crisi profunda, però considerem d’una recuperació ràpida, amb una durada entre 6 o 8 mesos. Concretament, a Espanya el PIB pot baixar un 8% aquest any 2020, però l’any 2021, podria situar-se en un 4,3% positiu, segons estudis econòmics del Fons Monetari Internacional.
L’empresa catalana és sòlida, però moltes d’elles amb poca tresoreria (liquiditat) i potser només suficient per a tres o quatre setmanes. Per tant, és important que els governs injectin diners al mercat, via subvencions a fons perdut i préstecs a les empreses, però que sigui ràpid i així aconseguir un menor efecte d’aquesta crisi. De no fer-ho, hi haurà una caiguda de l’activitat econòmica que afectarà les empreses, amb morositat en els cobraments, tancament d’empreses, atur, menys benestar, caiguda del consum i volta a començar i el que podria durar pocs mesos, durarà més.
Però també els toca als socis capitalitzar la seva empresa. Cal se solidaris i aconseguir una situació d’equilibri, que es considera quan els fons propis són un 40% del total de fons que utilitza l’empresa.
Com a missatge d’aquests primers comentaris, és que hem de ser optimistes, positius i evitar els comentaris negatius, ja que podrem sortir d’aquesta crisi ràpid si fem bé els nostres deures i li donarem consells en pròxims articles. Les empreses han de dotar-se de liquiditat i fer previsions de tresoreria, cada setmana, cada dia si és possible i controlar-la, ja que en aquests moments és d’allò més important en l’empresa.
