Hay que considerar a toda la plantilla de la empresa.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Empresa a partir de 1 empleado<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Independientemente de su volumen de facturaci\u00f3n o n\u00famero de trabajadores, debe realizar este registro anualmente.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Para empresas de m\u00e1s de 50 trabajadores<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las empresas que superan los 50 empleados tienen una presi\u00f3n adicional:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li aria-level=\"2\"><b>Auditor\u00eda Retributiva, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">no solo deben registrar los datos, sino que deben realizar una auditor\u00eda mucho m\u00e1s profunda para analizar las causas de las posibles brechas salariales.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"2\"><b>Justificaci\u00f3n de brechas, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">si la media de las retribuciones de un sexo es superior a la del otro en un 25% o m\u00e1s, la empresa est\u00e1 obligada por ley a incluir una justificaci\u00f3n
