text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Reclamaciones de cantidades<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, impagos de n\u00f3minas, finiquitos no cobrados, horas extras o misiones mal gestionadas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Despidos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, disciplinarios o por impugnaci\u00f3n de fin de contrato.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Sanciones disciplinarias<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, cuando el trabajador quiere impugnar una sanci\u00f3n impuesta por la empresa.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Reconocimiento de derechos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, cu\u00e1ndo el trabajador requiere reclamar su categor\u00eda profesional o antig\u00fcedad laboral.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; Estos supuestos son:<\/span><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Procesos que exigen agotar la v\u00eda administrativa, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">como impugnaciones de actos administrativos en materia laboral o de Seguridad Social.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Procesos de Seguridad Social, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jubilaci\u00f3n, incapacidad, prestaciones, desempleo, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Impugnaci\u00f3n de despido colectivo por representantes de los trabajadores, c<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">uando el comit\u00e9 o sindicatos impugnan el despido colectivo.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Procesos electorales. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Impugnaciones relacionadas con elecciones sindicales.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Movilidad geogr\u00e1fica. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Traslados individuales o colectivos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Modificaci\u00f3n sustancial de las condiciones de trabajo.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ( jornada, salario, funciones, etc.)<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Suspensi\u00f3n del contrato o reducci\u00f3n de jornada por causas ETOP o fuerza mayor.<\/b><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Procesos monitorios laborales.<\/b><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Derechos de conciliaci\u00f3n de l vida personal, familiar y laboral, art. 139LRJS.<\/b><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Procesos iniciados de oficio<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en actuaciones promovidas por la autoridad laboral o la Seguridad Social.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Impugnaci\u00f3n de convenios colectivos<\/b><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Impugnaci\u00f3n de estatutos de sindicatos o asociaciones empresariales.<\/b><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Otros supuestos ampliados por reformas,\u00a0 RD3\/2012 en modalidades procesales espec\u00edficas.<\/b><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Acoso laboral o discriminaci\u00f3n,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> casos de acoso laboral (mobbing) o discriminaci\u00f3n donde se manifieste <\/span><b>vulneraci\u00f3n de los derechos fundamentales.<\/b><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Contra Administraciones P\u00fablicas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, si el style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una vez que registras tu papeleta de conciliaci\u00f3n, el <\/span><b>plazo para que se celebre el acto de conciliaci\u00f3n laboral <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">suele ser de:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Promedio general, entre <\/span><b>15 y 30 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Prioridad en despidos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, en casos de despido, el acto deber\u00eda celebrarse r\u00e1pido para no demorar el acceso del trabajador a la prestaci\u00f3n por desempleo, aunque esto depende de la saturaci\u00f3n de las oficinas (SMAC\/CMAC) de tu provincia.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Transcurrido el <\/span><b>plazo de treinta d\u00edas h\u00e1biles sin haberse celebrado el acto de conciliaci\u00f3n o sin haberse iniciado mediaci\u00f3n o alcanzado acuerdo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en la misma se tendr\u00e1 por terminado el procedimiento y cumplido el tr\u00e1mite. Art. 65.2 LRJS.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row css=\u00bb.vc_custom_1631109361052{padding-bottom: 20px !important;}\u00bb][vc_column]<div style=\"font-weight:bold;color:#fe5d3a;margin-bottom:20px;\">\u00bfCu\u00e1ndo se da por finalizado el acto de conciliaci\u00f3n laboral?<\/h2><\/div><\/div>[vc_column_text css=\u00bb\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Despu\u00e9s de la <\/span><b>celebraci\u00f3n del acto de conciliaci\u00f3n laboral<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, se levantar\u00e1 el acta de conciliaci\u00f3n en los siguientes t\u00e9rminos:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Si hay acuerdo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, se levantar\u00e1 acta con acuerdo entre las partes escribi\u00e9ndose en dicho acta el sentido del acuerdo alcanzado.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Si no hay acuerdo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, habiendo asistido ambas partes al mismo, se dictar\u00e1 un acta sin acuerdo entre las partes presentadas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Si no se presentan las partes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, el interesado o la parte actora archivar\u00e1 la reclamaci\u00f3n, pero si no se presenta la empresa, a pesar de estar debidamente citada, se levantar\u00e1 acta sin avenencia por incomparecencia del empleador.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En caso de <\/span><b>no existir acuerdo o que no se presente la empresa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, si el trabajador quiere continuar con su reclamaci\u00f3n tiene que interponer una <\/span><b>demanda laboral <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ante los Juzgados de lo
