text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El permiso es de <\/span><b>15 d\u00edas naturales seguidos <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(incluyendo fines de semana y festivos).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El <\/span><b>salario es 100% retribuido<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, es decir el salario \u00edntegro.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si el evento (boda o firma ante registro\/notario) cae en un d\u00eda laborable para el trabajador, ese es el primer d\u00eda del permiso.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si el <\/span><b>evento cae en un d\u00eda festivo o de descanso para el trabajador <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(por ejemplo, un s\u00e1bado), la jurisprudencia establece que el c\u00f3mputo de los 15 d\u00edas debe empezar el <\/span><b>primer d\u00eda laborable siguiente<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (lunes).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Requisitos para Parejas de Hecho<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para que el permiso sea v\u00e1lido como pareja de hecho, no basta con convivir; la ley exige la <\/span><b>formalizaci\u00f3n administrativa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Registro oficial:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Se debe inscribir en el Registro de Parejas de Hecho de tu Comunidad Aut\u00f3noma o Ayuntamiento.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;
