1065\/2025<\/a> ha redefinido el mapa de la contrataci\u00f3n formativa.\u00a0Una reforma densa, pero con una intenci\u00f3n clara: ordenar por fin la relaci\u00f3n entre trabajo y aprendizaje y elevar la calidad de la experiencia de las personas que inician su carrera profesional.<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"traductor-textarea form-group\">\n<div class=\"textarea-desti col-xs-12 col-sm-6\">\n<div class=\"form-control second-textarea\">El decreto consolida dos grandes contratos formativos como sue\u00f1o:<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Contrato de formaci\u00f3n <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">en alternancia<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contrato oficial.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requisitos principales<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dirigido a personas sin la cualificaci\u00f3n profesional requerida para un puesto ordinario.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Formaci\u00f3n vinculada a FP, estudios universitarios o certificados profesionales.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Suscripci\u00f3n de convenio de cooperaci\u00f3n con Servicios P\u00fablicos, autoridades educativas o centros universitarios.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duraci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La prevista en el programa de formaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No inferior a 3 meses ni superior a 2 a\u00f1os.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El l\u00edmite se podr\u00e1 ampliar a 1 a\u00f1o para las personas con discapacidad o exclusi\u00f3n social.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Jornada<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trabajo efectivo m\u00e1ximo:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">65 % de la jornada el primer a\u00f1o.<\/span><\/li>\n<li
