Los herederos pueden aceptar o rechazar una herencia, pero se tiene que conocer los derechos y obligaciones de la herencia.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Normalmente los herederos cuando reciben una herencia se plantean dudas que mayoritariamente son comunes, para poder decidir cu\u00e1l es la mejor opci\u00f3n para ellos. Esta aceptaci\u00f3n implica que la responsabilidad de las deudas y de las obligaciones se extiende al patrimonio como heredero, cosa que significa que se puede responder con los bienes.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Aceptaci\u00f3n en beneficio de inventario.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align:
