Si lo solicita el deudor se denomina Concurso Voluntario.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los<\/span><b> acreedores<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (acreditando la situaci\u00f3n de insolvencia). Si lo solicitan los acreedores se denomina Concurso Necesario.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Excepcionalmente, <\/span><b>socios con responsabilidad ilimitada<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> o <\/span><b>herederos\/administradores de la herencia yacente<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p
