text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>6 semanas obligatorias<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a jornada completa, inmediatamente despu\u00e9s del nacimiento, adopci\u00f3n, guarda o acogimiento (o incluso antes, como sucede en el caso de la madre biol\u00f3gica, hasta cuatro semanas antes del parto).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>11 semanas flexibles<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, acumulables o interrumpidas, jornada completa o parcial, hasta que el menor cumpla 12 meses.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>2 semanas adicionales retribuidas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, distribuidas con flexibilidad (acumuladas o interrumpidas, en jornada completa o parcial), hasta que el menor cumpla 8 a\u00f1os. Estas semanas son retroactivas desde el 2 de agosto de 2024, en este supuesto<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">podr\u00e1n solicitarse a partir del 1 de enero de 2026.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row css=\u00bb.vc_custom_1631109361052{padding-bottom: 20px !important;}\u00bb][vc_column]<div id=\"ultimate-heading-359569e3883e4e92e\" class=\"uvc-heading ult-adjust-bottom-margin ultimate-heading-359569e3883e4e92e uvc-2725 \" data-hspacer=\"no_spacer\"  data-halign=\"left\" style=\"text-align:left\"><div class=\"uvc-heading-spacer no_spacer\" style=\"top\"><\/div><div class=\"uvc-main-heading ult-responsive\"  data-ultimate-target='.uvc-heading.ultimate-heading-359569e3883e4e92e h2'  data-responsive-json-new='{\"font-size\":\"desktop:24px;\",\"line-height\":\"\"}' ><h2 style=\"font-weight:bold;color:#fe5d3a;margin-bottom:20px;\">Otros permisos especiales de permisos de maternidad y paternidad<\/h2><\/div><\/div>[vc_column_text css=\u00bb\u00bb]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Ampliaci\u00f3n por circunstancias especiales:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> El permiso puede ampliarse en los siguientes casos:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><b>Parto o adopci\u00f3n m\u00faltiple:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Se a\u00f1ade 1 semana adicional por cada hijo a partir del segundo, para cada progenitor.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><b>Discapacidad del menor:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Se a\u00f1ade 1 semana adicional para cada progenitor.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><b>Parto prematuro y hospitalizaci\u00f3n:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> El permiso se puede prolongar por el tiempo de hospitalizaci\u00f3n del beb\u00e9, con un m\u00e1ximo de 13 semanas adicionales.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Permiso parental no retribuido:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Existe un permiso adicional de 8 semanas para el cuidado de menores de hasta 8 a\u00f1os, pero <\/span><b>no es retribuido<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Anticipaci\u00f3n del permiso:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> La madre biol\u00f3gica puede empezar a disfrutar de su permiso hasta 4 semanas antes de la fecha prevista del parto. Ahora, con los cambios, el segundo progenitor tambi\u00e9n puede anticipar su permiso hasta 10 d\u00edas antes de la fecha prevista del parto para acompa\u00f1ar a la css=\u00bb\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para tener <\/span><b>derecho a la prestaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica por permiso de maternidad y paternidad<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, es necesario cumplir con los siguientes requisitos de cotizaci\u00f3n, que var\u00edan seg\u00fan la edad del trabajador:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Menores de 21 a\u00f1os:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> No se exige un periodo m\u00ednimo de cotizaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Entre 21 y 26 a\u00f1os:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Se requiere haber cotizado un m\u00ednimo de 90 d\u00edas en los 7 a\u00f1os anteriores o 180 d\u00edas a lo largo de la vida laboral.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Mayores de 26 a\u00f1os:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Se exige haber cotizado un m\u00ednimo de 180 d\u00edas en los 7 a\u00f1os anteriores o 360 d\u00edas a lo largo de la vida
