Un sistema obligatorio tanto para arrendadores como para las plataformas digitales que publicitan este tipo de alquileres, con la finalidad de asegurar la transparencia al sector, promoviendo una regulaci\u00f3n uniforme en todo el pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row css=\u00bb.vc_custom_1631109361052{padding-bottom: 20px justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/diario_boe\/txt.php?id=BOE-A-2024-26931\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Real Decreto 1312\/2024, de 23 de diciembre<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, regula el procedimiento de<\/span><b> Registro \u00danico de Arrendamientos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y crea la <\/span><b>Ventanilla \u00danica Digital de Arrendamientos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> para la recogida y el intercambio de datos relativos a los servicios de alquiler de alojamientos de corta duraci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Decreto gira entorno a dos premisas:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Establece la <\/span><b>obligatoriedad de registrar todas las propiedades dedicadas en alquiler temporal<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, como apartamentos tur\u00edsticos, habitaciones, alquileres de temporada y embarcaciones.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Cada unidad de alojamiento tendr\u00e1 que contar con un n\u00famero de registro \u00fanico<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, visible a todos los anuncios publicados en cualquier plataforma digital.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/doc.php?id=DOUE-L-2024-80593\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Real Decreto da cumplimiento al Reglamento (UE) 2024\/1028 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, del 11 de abril del 2024<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, que establece la obligaci\u00f3n de los Estados miembros de crear un sistema de informaci\u00f3n en materia de <\/span><b>alquileres temporales<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a trav\u00e9s de un sistema de registro y de obtenci\u00f3n de un <\/span><b>N\u00famero de Identificaci\u00f3n de Alquiler (NRA)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> obligatorio para ofrecer alquiler de temporada o de uso tur\u00edstico en todas las plataformas digitales, tales como De todas formas podr\u00edas seguir alquilando independientemente del tipo de reserva que recibas, pero deber\u00e1s ofrecer al inquilino un contrato de vivienda habitual por un periodo m\u00ednimo de
