Y desde la Inspecci\u00f3n de Trabajo vienen advirtiendo que aunque ya llevan informando varios a\u00f1os de la obligaci\u00f3n\u00a0 de contar las <\/span><b>empresas con un Registro Retributivo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a\u00fan existen empresas y aut\u00f3nomos que desconocen la obligaci\u00f3n. Y hay que recordar que no contar con dicho registro conlleva una <\/span><b>sanci\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El <\/span><b>registro retributivo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> debe contener la siguiente informaci\u00f3n desglosada, especificando seg\u00fan la categor\u00eda profesional, grupo profesional y puesto de trabajo.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Salario total anual.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Salario base anual.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Complementos salariales.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Percepciones extrasalariales.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Percepciones anuales por horas extraordinarias y por horas complementarias.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A tal efecto deber\u00e1n establecerse convenientemente desglosadas por sexo, la media aritm\u00e9tica y la mediana de lo realmente percibido por cada uno de estos conceptos en cada grupo profesional, categor\u00eda profesional, nivel, puesto o cualquier otro sistema de clasificaci\u00f3n aplicable.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El<\/span> <b>periodo de referencia es de 1 a\u00f1o natural<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a menos que se produzcan cambios sustanciales de alguno de los conceptos.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se debe <\/span><b>consultar al representante legal de las personas trabajadoras<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 10 d\u00edas antes de 400;\"> a todas las personas trabajadoras en R\u00e9gimen General de tu empresa. Por lo tanto, deber\u00e1n quedar<\/span><b> incluidas todas las personas trabajadoras por cuenta ajena, cualquiera que sea la modalidad de su contrato y en tanto el contrato est\u00e1 en vigor,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en cualquier momento del Periodo de Referencia, y hayan percibido alguna retribuci\u00f3n en dicho
