Por ello, que una empresa no cumpla con la <strong>obligaci\u00f3n del deber de protecci\u00f3n, de tener un protocolo contra el acoso sexual y por raz\u00f3n de sexo ni efect\u00fae prevenci\u00f3n al respecto, <\/strong>puede suponer para la empresa ser sancionada por la autoridad laboral, adem\u00e1s de ser denunciada ante los tribunales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las <strong>sanciones <\/strong>que pueden imponerse a las empresas var\u00edan en funci\u00f3n de la gravedad de la infracci\u00f3n, valor\u00e1ndose tanto desde el aspecto de <strong>infracci\u00f3n laboral<\/strong> como de infracci\u00f3n en prevenci\u00f3n de riesgos, aplic\u00e1ndose en cada momento la sanci\u00f3n m\u00e1s gravosa resultante seg\u00fan su calificaci\u00f3n en cada vertiente. De acuerdo a la <strong>Ley de Infracciones y Sanciones<\/strong>, las correspondientes a infracci\u00f3n laboral, quedar\u00edan as\u00ed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Multas de 7.501 a 30.000 euros para infracciones leves.<\/li>\n<li>Multas de 30.001 a 120.005 euros para infracciones graves.<\/li>\n<li>Multas de 120.006 a 225.018 euros para infracciones muy graves:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La <strong>sanci\u00f3n por infracci\u00f3n<\/strong> muy grave en materia de <strong>prevenci\u00f3n de riesgos laborales<\/strong> podr\u00eda ascender, en su grado
