Aceptar la herencia de forma pura y simple<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al optar por esta v\u00eda, asumes el <\/span><b>control total de los bienes del fallecido<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, pero tambi\u00e9n de sus <\/span><b>deudas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Existe el riesgo de que si las deudas del fallecido superan el valor de los bienes herederos, responder\u00e1s con tu propio patrimonio presente y futuro.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conviene aceptar la herencia, cuando existe absoluta certeza de que la herencia es solvente y carece de cargas u obligaciones pendientes.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>2. Aceptar la herencia a beneficio de inventario<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es la <\/span><b>alternativa m\u00e1s segura si sospechas que el fallecido ten\u00eda deudas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> o si desconoces su situaci\u00f3n financiera real.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se realiza un recuento de los bienes y de las deudas.
