style=\"margin-bottom:20px;height:4px;\"><span class=\"uvc-headings-line\" style=\"border-style:solid;border-bottom-width:4px;border-color:#fe5d3a;width:100px;\"><\/span><\/div><\/div>[vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Desde el 2 de octubre de 2016, y\u00a0de conformidad con el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/act.php?id=BOE-A-2015-10565\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">art\u00edculo 41 de la Ley 39\/2015, de 1 de octubre<\/a>, de procedimiento administrativo com\u00fan de las administraciones p\u00fablicas (LPACAP), las notificaciones se practicar\u00e1n preferentemente por medios Electr\u00f3nicos y, en todo caso, a quienes est\u00e9n obligados a relacionare por medios electr\u00f3nicos con las administraciones y organismos p\u00fablicos. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las\u00a0<strong>notificaciones electr\u00f3nicas<\/strong>\u00a0se practican mediante comparecencia en la sede electr\u00f3nica de la Administraci\u00f3n u Organismo actuante, a trav\u00e9s de la\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/lladogrup.com\/es\/comunicacion-electronica-con-administraciones-publicas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">direcci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica habilitada \u00fanica (DEH\u00fa)<\/a><\/strong>, en papel o mediante ambos sistemas, seg\u00fan disponga cada Administraci\u00f3n u Organismo.<\/p>\n<p>Las notificaciones por medios electr\u00f3nicos se entender\u00e1n practicadas en el momento en que se produzca el acceso a su contenido[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=\u00bb1\/2&#8243;]<div id=\"ultimate-heading-33669eae9788e5ff\" class=\"uvc-heading ult-adjust-bottom-margin ultimate-heading-33669eae9788e5ff uvc-948 accent-border-color uvc-heading-default-font-sizes\" data-hspacer=\"line_only\"  data-halign=\"left\" style=\"text-align:left\"><div class=\"uvc-main-heading ult-responsive\"  data-ultimate-target='.uvc-heading.ultimate-heading-33669eae9788e5ff h2'  data-responsive-json-new='{\"font-size\":\"\",\"line-height\":\"\"}' ><h2 style=\"--font-weight:theme;margin-bottom:20px;\">\u00bfQui\u00e9nes est\u00e1n obligados a relacionarse por medios electr\u00f3nicos?<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"uvc-heading-spacer line_only\" style=\"margin-bottom:20px;height:4px;\"><span class=\"uvc-headings-line\" style=\"border-style:solid;border-bottom-width:4px;border-color:#fe5d3a;width:100px;\"><\/span><\/div><\/div>[vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<div class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid\">\n<div class=\"wpb_column obligados a relacionarse\u00a0<strong>exclusivamente por medios electr\u00f3nicos<\/strong>\u00a0(no en papel) los siguientes sujetos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Las\u00a0<strong>persones jur\u00eddicas<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Las\u00a0<strong>entidades sin personalidad jur\u00eddica<\/strong>\u00a0(comunidades de bienes, comunidades de propietarios, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Los\u00a0<strong>profesionales\u00a0<\/strong>que para ejercer su actividad se requiera colegiaci\u00f3n obligatoria (no para el resto de profesionales).<\/li>\n<li>Quienes\u00a0<strong>representen a un interesado<\/strong>\u00a0obligado a relacionarse electr\u00f3nicamente.<\/li>\n<li>Los\u00a0<strong>empleados de las administraciones p\u00fablicas<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Las\u00a0<strong>persones f\u00edsicas empresarios<\/strong>, profesionales y particulares, no est\u00e1n obligados a relacionarse electr\u00f3nicamente con las Administraciones p\u00fablicas, a menos que le interese y se haga el alta en el sistema.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid vc_custom_1631109361052\">\n<div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-12\">\n<div class=\"vc_column-inner\">\n<div a partir del 2022?<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"uvc-heading-spacer line_only\" style=\"margin-bottom:20px;height:4px;\"><span class=\"uvc-headings-line\" style=\"border-style:solid;border-bottom-width:4px;border-color:#fe5d3a;width:100px;\"><\/span><\/div><\/div>[vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner css=\u00bb.vc_custom_1634283618577{padding-bottom: 20px !important;}\u00bb][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las <strong>notificaciones electr\u00f3nicas<\/strong> que se depositaban en la plataforma DEH (Direcci\u00f3n Electr\u00f3nica Habilitada), a finales del a\u00f1o 2021 ha dejado de funcionar, pasando a sustituirla por el portal <strong>DEH\u00fa\u00a0<\/strong>(<strong>Direcci\u00f3n Electr\u00f3nica Habilitada \u00fanica<\/strong>), aunque transitoriamente coexista la DEH.<\/p>\n<div class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid vc_custom_1631109896967\">\n<div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-12\">\n<div class=\"vc_column-inner\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<div id=\"ultimate-heading-632161fac3ed565c3\" class=\"uvc-heading ult-adjust-bottom-margin electr\u00f3nica?<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"uvc-heading-spacer line_only\" style=\"margin-bottom:20px;height:4px;\"><span class=\"uvc-headings-line\" style=\"border-style:solid;border-bottom-width:4px;border-color:#fe5d3a;width:100px;\"><\/span><\/div><\/div>[vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<div class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid vc_custom_1631109361052\">\n<div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-12\">\n<div class=\"vc_column-inner\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column notificaci\u00f3n se realice por medios electr\u00f3nicos se entender\u00e1 una\u00a0<strong>notificaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica rechazada<\/strong>\u00a0cuando hayan transcurrido 10 d\u00edas naturales (no h\u00e1biles) desde la puesta a disposici\u00f3n de la notificaci\u00f3n sin que acceda a su contenido.<\/p>\n<p>Pasados estos 10 d\u00edas sin acceder a las notificaciones, comienzan a correr los plazos de recurso y si no se lleva un control exquisito, podemos perder la posibilidad de recurrir.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid vc_custom_1631109361052\">\n<div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-12\">\n<div class=\"vc_column-inner\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<div ser\u00e1 el\u00a0<strong>portal \u00fanico de notificaciones<\/strong> en que las Administraciones P\u00fablicas depositan las notificaciones y comunicaciones electr\u00f3nicas, pasando a quedar en desuso la DEH (Direcci\u00f3n Electr\u00f3nica Habilitada).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El servicio de\u00a0<strong>notificaciones electr\u00f3nicas<\/strong>\u00a0de la Direcci\u00f3n Electr\u00f3nica \u00fanica (<strong>DEH\u00fa<\/strong>) facilita el acceso y comparecencia a las notificaciones y\/o comunicaciones en que figuran como titular o destinatario, emitidas por las diferentes Administraciones P\u00fablicas organismos p\u00fablicos o Entidad de derecho p\u00fablico vinculado o dependiente, o sea, toda la Administraci\u00f3n u organismo p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid vc_custom_1631109896967\">\n<div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container ya que existen varias.
