\u00e1rea de <strong>Servicios Jur\u00eddicos<\/strong> de Llad\u00f3 Grup Consultor, consiste en la prestaci\u00f3n de los servicios contratados a trav\u00e9s de un equipo de Abogados\u00a0 especializados cada uno de ellos en unas \u00e1reas determinadas del Derecho. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los equipos de trabajo tienen a su vez un responsable jer\u00e1rquico encargado de la direcci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica y organizativa de los asuntos y del <strong>departamento jur\u00eddico<\/strong> del despacho. Los letrados del<strong> \u00e1rea jur\u00eddica<\/strong> asesoran y apoyan en el \u00e1mbito jur\u00eddico al resto de departamentos de nuestro despacho.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En virtud del anterior, quedar\u00e1n adscritos de forma directo al <strong>servicio jur\u00eddico<\/strong> la totalidad del equipo de abogados que integran el departamento, actuando en cada momento el abogado especialista en la materia consultada o requerida. Todos los Abogados del Departamento Jur\u00eddico son letrados y colegiados en el Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Barcelona, habilidades para actuar en cualquier partido judicial del Estado y con una dilatada experiencia en su \u00e1mbito de actuaci\u00f3n. As\u00ed mismo, quedar\u00e1 adscrito al contrato el Director del \u00e1rea de Servicios Jur\u00eddicos, encargado de la direcci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica y organizativa de las personas adscritas al contrato, con una experiencia m\u00ednima de 20 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s del personal anteriormente referenciado, participar\u00e1 en la prestaci\u00f3n del servicio el personal administrativo necesario para desarrollar la actividad, as\u00ed como el equipo directivo que se ocupa de la administraci\u00f3n y gerencia del despacho.<\/p>\n<p
