El nuevo RD especifica m\u00e1s detalles sobre c\u00f3mo tiene que llevarse a cabo esta obligaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>registro retributivo<\/strong> es un documento donde tendr\u00e1 que recogerse toda la informaci\u00f3n salarial de la empresa, de manera detallada, que muestre de forma separada las retribuciones de hombres y mujeres de su plantilla. En el registro retributivo se tendr\u00e1 que incluir toda la informaci\u00f3n sobre los salarios, incluido personal directivo y altos cargos.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=\u00bb\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el Principio de Transparencia Retributiva?\u00bb][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A fin de garantizar la aplicaci\u00f3n efectiva del <strong>principio de igualdad<\/strong> de trato y no discriminaci\u00f3n en materia retributiva entre mujeres y hombres, las empresas tendr\u00e1n que integrar y aplicar el <strong>principio de transparencia retributiva<\/strong> entendido como aquel que, aplicado a los diferentes aspectos que determinan la <strong>retribuci\u00f3n de las personas trabajadoras<\/strong> y sobre sus diferentes elementos, permite obtener informaci\u00f3n suficiente y significativa sobre el valor que se le atribuye a esta retribuci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>principio de transparencia retributiva<\/strong> tiene por objeto la identificaci\u00f3n de discriminaciones, en su caso, tanto directos como indirectas, particularmente las debidas a incorrectas valoraciones de puestos de trabajo, lo cual concurre cuando ejercido un trabajo de igual valor se percibe una retribuci\u00f3n inferior sin que esta diferencia pueda justificarse objetivamente con una finalidad leg\u00edtima y sin que los medios para conseguir esta finalidad sean adecuados y necesarios.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=\u00bb\u00bfQu\u00e9 empresas est\u00e1n obligadas?\u00bb][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan el art\u00edculo 5, todas las empresas tendr\u00e1n que realizar un<strong> registro retributivo<\/strong> de toda su plantilla, incluido personal directivo y altos cargos. Obligaci\u00f3n de igual retribuci\u00f3n por trabajo de igual valor: El <strong>principio de igual retribuci\u00f3n<\/strong> por trabajo de igual valor vincula a todas las empresas, independientemente del n\u00famero de personas trabajadoras, y a todos los convenios y acuerdos colectivos.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=\u00bb\u00bfQu\u00e9 plazos hay que realizar en un Registro Retributivo?\u00bb][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Despu\u00e9s del desarrollo normativo del 2020, se estableci\u00f3 un plazo de adaptaci\u00f3n de 6 meses para adaptarse a las nuevas obligaciones. Esto implica que, a partir del 14 de abril de 2021 todas las empresas tendr\u00e1n que contar con un <strong>registro retributivo<\/strong> adaptado al RD 902\/2020.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=\u00bb\u00bfTienen que aparecer los nombres y apellidos y el salario mensual que cobra cada persona?\u00bb][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No. Es an\u00f3nimo, solo refleja los valores medianos de salarios, complementos salariales y percepciones extra salariales, tanto por sexo como por puestos de trabajo de igual valor, categor\u00eda profesional o grupo profesional.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=\u00bb\u00bfPuede cualquier persona trabajadora consultar el registro a la empresa?\u00bb][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si la empresa dispone de representaci\u00f3n legal de las personas trabajadoras, la informaci\u00f3n tendr\u00e1 que solicitarse a trav\u00e9s de esta, la cual tendr\u00e1 acceso al contenido \u00edntegro de este. En caso contrario, la propia persona trabajadora podr\u00e1 solicitarlo, pero la informaci\u00f3n facilitada se limitar\u00e1 a diferencias porcentuales que existan en las retribuciones hechas una media de de mujeres y hombres, desagregadas en funci\u00f3n de la retribuci\u00f3n y el sistema de clasificaci\u00f3n aplicable.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=\u00bb\u00bfA qu\u00e9 sanciones me enfrento si no dispongo del Registro Retributivo?\u00bb][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la <strong>Ley de Infracciones y Sanciones<\/strong> en la orden Social la no confecci\u00f3n de este registro est\u00e1 tipificado como falta grave y puede comportar una sanci\u00f3n de hasta 6.250 euros. De estimarse la existencia de discriminaci\u00f3n directa o indirecta en materia retributiva la tipificaci\u00f3n de la falta seria de muy grave, pudiendo estar sancionada a partir de los 6.251 euros
